to each his own, but I think that if you talk to your doctor about it and they say it's okay then it's up to you.
my son was born on his due date 100% healthy at 8ibs 7oz. He's now 1 and still just as healthy.
Like I said, everyone is different but there are literally no risks to EPO unless you take it orally. the oil softens your cervix without opening it and it literally seeps back out of you. It doesn't get to the baby.

@chhaya, I researched evening Primrose oil.. it's better to let your body do its thing.. I could see using it externally to help prevent tearing, but would never try to insert anything due to evening Primrose not being good for a developing baby. I used EPO to get pregnant.

Just so yall know, when I was pregnant with my son I started EPO around 34w. I asked my doctor first and got the okay.
EPO does not speed up labor or anything at all. All it does is help soften your cervix & your perineum to prevent tearing.
It doesn't help thin your cervix nor dilate. There is 0 risks to using EPO. -you don't want to take it orally, you want to poke a hole in the pills so the oil can come out and place them in your vagina & rub some of the oil on your perineum. It's very messy so you should do it right before bed and wear a pad.

You should get the okay from your doctor before trying anything because everyone's pregnancy, body, doctor and baby are different.

My midwife recommends it and says it's safe. It does the same thing sperm does which is soften the cervix but it doesn't send you into labor so give it a try!!!

I wouldn't take anything at this point your still far enough out that things could change and baby could come on its own.. and plus evening Primrose oil it's safe for baby

Baby will come on its own....I wouldn't take anything to try and hurry it up! Some things aren't safe!

Since the baby is still growing it won't be a good idea to do that
