also yes @babymama85 is correct however your body will let you know when to switch positions. it will start to hurt. if you want you can even sleep on your back with a pillow under your right side so you aren't flat.

something that big in your body you will feel. as bad as this sounds an average male penis is 5". that's pretty big as is. pardon the pun. imagine a coconut.

It's best to lay on your left side while pregnant for circulation reasons....but I don't know why it would hurt to lay on the right side ..?

most definitely. I'm 15 weeks and baby is orange size. at 16 its like a coconut I believe.

I'm not much help I know @foehunnet but I was always told to lay on my left side anyway, not 100% sure why tho

normally baby is laying there or its round ligament pain. and yes its painful!! move the wrong way or sneeze it feels like your inards are being ripped out.
