Has anyone done the paleo diet? I did once but I was not the one cooking and I was wondering if anyone could shoot some recipes my way? Finally got my husband to agree to try it for a month after Jr is born and I am making it my mission to make meals taste so good he can't even tell the difference. :)

Are you doing the whole30? Get the book "It Starts With Food" if you can. I'll message you one of my favorite recipes.

I follow a mostly paleo diet but not strict as I have a weakness for sweets and fried food

I don't follow a strict paleo diet so I'm not sure. We follow clean eating in our house...very similar, but I eased my husband into clean eating by first just implementing it at the dinner table first for a few weeks. Likely if you try to flip the world on him at once, he will resist and fail. Small changes, one at a time. I'm a coach for Beachbody, so I help people develop these changes everyday. If you want extra support just shoot me a message. I have a free clean eating group starting on Facebook next week. :)
@erinflaherty818, any advice on how to keep him on it? He might have a heart problem so this will probably help.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
