Any stay at home moms get really offended when people say you sit on your ass all day? My 19 year old sister who has a job and still gets financial help from my grandparents for legal issues, car insurance, and food, had the audacity to tell me I sit on my ass all day. Seriously I am effing working on my Bachelor's degree through the University of Florida, which isn't easy and raising my 2 year old daughter and keeping up with housework so my home doesn't look like shit. Don't try to make yourself sound better because you work. I live in boondocks in CA and my husband is in the military. The job market sucks out here, Walmart didn't even want me. Or the dollar store -_- and $500 a month for daycare is a little much for us. UGH!
Yeah, you and I are close in age(: you've worked your ass off and she shouldn't even open her mouth about your life anyways. she's not even around!!
@missalexisnicole, I'm only 22, but I moved out at 19 got married and got pregnant, and never stopped working towards my original goals of finishing school. before that I went to school full time at a local college on top of full time as a CNA at a hospital. my sister is a brat and literally milks people to get what she wants and for her to say that to me makes me so mad. omg she's lucky I live 2000 miles from her lol
That's stupid. And I know I'm not much older than her, but 19 year olds don't really know much about life lol I moved out at 17, and I know a little something compared to most people my age. My mom was a stay at home mom from the time I was 5 to when I was like 13. And she worked her ass off trying to keep us healthy and in a clean home. She worked all day. Being a stay at home mom is still hard work. You just don't get paid for it.
Dont let people bring you down! They just jealous they cant so what you do. Plus housework doesnt do itself and it's a job in itself to take care of a family/household. More power to you!
