any mommies out there that doesn't have any swollen fingers, legs and feet? i always check my fingers, legs and feet if they are swollen. but until now, nothing. im 31 weeks and i know i supposed to have those already. just wondering if its normal and if thats ok?
@mommyof2girls2016 and @daniellecaprara11 wow! when it swell up does it hurt? sorry for asking, im just really curious.
@gunlovinmommy, yea same here. most of the prego woman i know too as well have swollen feet, even my 2 sister in law. that's why they always told me don't buy new shoes, cause my feet will be swollen. been waiting for it to blow up and always checking but nothing.
Never got that with both of my boys until I went into labor they put the IV in and I puffed up haha
I have not ever had swollen legs or feet during either of my pregnancies. You should get rest and elavate your legs. Sometimes swelling comes from having to much salt and water gain.
i didnt have swelling with my first at all but after i delivered her my feet were balloons
Haha right. I count us lucky. I know almost every prego woman I know got it at like 20 weeks and it didn't go away. thank you god. @anne2410
@gunlovinmommy, yea its weird not having any swelling, i guess lucky us. ^_^ hahaha
I don't have any swelling either. it's wierd. everyone is different though haha. I'm thankful actually.
oh, wow! i guess we are in the same page, i start having mild contraction when i was 30 weeks till now and my obgyn advice me to be on bedrest and drink plenty of fluid if i don't want to have preterm labor. i hope mine will stay too, like yours cause she's not ready to come out yet. hahaha maybe now she is waiting for a permission to go out and doesn't want to be in trouble.
Hahaha true. I like to think it's because I went into preterm labor at 31 weeks and they stopped it, so now she thinks she'll get in trouble if she tries to come out again hahaha
@autumn hahahhaha maybe she want to be fully cook so when she comes out, she is really healthy and prepared to welcome everyone. ^_^
thank you ladies for all the wonderful comments, i really appreciate it. ^_^ i feel better now.
I get where you're coming from. There are a ton of things you feel like should be happening to you while pregnant because it happens to everyone else. But we're the lucky ones! I know, it's so crazy! I feel like she's never going to come. She's taking her sweet time in there haha :)
@autumn, you're right. i kind of got bothered and worried cause some peole keep telling me this and that. so i thought im lacking in something or im not eating right. thank you and congratulations, you're so close only few days. 😄😍
it doesn't happen to everyone. the only thing that happened to me was that I went up a shoe size, but feet don't look swollen.
@lizbeth9000, hahaha, that's me right now. now i feel better and less worried, knowing im not alone in this. 😄 thank you
@babydovesmommy, oh okay, so there might be a chance that ill have swollen feet too. thank you for sharing.
I have swollen fingers, I know cause my rings no longer fit me. But my feet aren't swollen.
ok, cause everyone keep asking me about that. so i thought there's something wrong with me and got worried.
It doesn't happen to everyone. Just like some people not getting morning sickness. It's not a bad thing! Be happy you don't have to deal with it. :) my due date is Friday and I haven't had anything swell
I have not swollen up at all, just gotten big from my stomach and really nothing else. I'm 37 weeks tomorrow 😁.
Mine didn't start till about 34-35 weeks..and still it only happens when I eat salty food or on my feet for too long.
You don't need to be swollen during pregnancy. I know I never was. Sometimes being swollen can be a bad thing depending on how bad it is and how tests come back.
@madilynn16, that's good to know. atleast if that happens to me i know now what to do. thank you for sharing ^_^
