@katy133 If you are in a lot of pain you should bring it up with a HV/Midwife or your GP. Sometimes they can do stitches too tight or you may have an infection. Long soaks in the bath also help relieve some of the pain X

@cmcdon203 Yeah haha 😂😂😂 I've lost over a stone in 8 days lol! Think breast feeding has helped me lose the weight quickly xx

@katy133 Yes, I had stitches :) Put some witchhazel on a pad and put it in the freezer so it is nice and cool :) or did you have a csection?
