anyone have/ had lower cramps at 12 weeks? i had a mc back in august and im freaking out . im not spotting or anything its just cramps are bothering me

Perfectly normal !! @annanichole just means your stomach is growing for the baby !!

it's normal just your uterus making room for baby to grow, I had terrible cramps 11-15 weeks
