My son's 4 weeks old and extremely constipated and won't stop screaming last night he screamed for 4 straight hours to the point of me starting to cry. I need some advice on how to help him poop

yes massaging belly in a clockwise motion will help. just make sure use firm pressurs but not hard as if pushing on his stomach. my daughter was constipated and this helped, she almost blow out her diaper.

I think the point is to massage the bowels and get them to move.

I think if you look up constipation in newborns it says to massage their tummy in a circular motion (clockwise?) and move their legs like on a bicycle. I would google just to be sure!
