Can someone please assure me I'm okay! Well I have asthma but it not bad but I have been hospitalized about 6 months ago from it by from then been okay. So yesterday I lost my breathe for legit an hour until family found my inhaler and I finally start breathing again. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow for 12 week appointment but I'm so scared that something happened to my baby. No I haven't bleed or cramping. But I no a miscarriage doesn't always include blood. Can someone please make me feel lik I'm okay because I honestly woke up today feeling less pregnant nd smaller but it may be a head thing. Just really nervous 😖

I'm pretty sure it's just a head thing.. as long as you didn't pass out or anything I don't believe it should have harmed the baby. however going to the ER to get checked out isn't a bad idea
