I can feel my strings if I push really hard. you're supposed to be able to feel them, but they also tell you sometimes you might not.

you should feel the strings. ... not the wire. I worked with obgyn that put them in and they would tell patients just strings. but you can always call your doctor and ask- the nurse should be about to triage that question.
