Its very frustrating that my ankle is swelling up since I sprained it. All I want to do is work out and get back in shape again to better my life and my son life. 😧😳I was doing just great on my diet til my ankle sprained. 😟 Any suggestions to calm the swelling? I have it wrapped so far.

I've used the biofreeze and ICy hot and neither of it has worked. I've elevated it all day at work and night. so far so good. 😊

Ice it :). I even have the gel pack that stays in the fridge. Love it! Arnica gel. Biofreeze.

ice bucket, fill it up with water and ice and place your foot in there for about 20 min help alot use to do it when i played sports in high school
