OMG lately I been feeling even worse 😭😩 my upset stomach is like twice as worse. My nausea is horrible cause I don't wanna eat anything.. Ughhh! What do you ladies eat to feel better? Anything that helps? Also, what helps bloating and gas? I look like I'm 6 months pregnant😂 ridiculous. Help!
P.s. Do lemon drops help with gas or bloating when used in water? 🤔

What helped me for a little while was my nutritionist told me not to drink any liquids or eat anything with liquids for the first hour after I wake up and then after that hour I could. It helped and I still do that but I also ate Popsicles when I got sick to help put something on my belly
gingerale for nausea. I started eating activia the gas got better when I was having more bowel movements. you could try flat gingerale. carbonated don't agree with your tummy sometimes. sucking on hard candies can help with nausea.
Crackers and gaterade. @loveaboveall for nausea try pickle juice and as for the bloating lol idk good luck and for the gas tum can help. If neither help call your doctor and see what he can do for you to ease the morning sickness so you can eat
