So throughout my pregnancy so far, my biggest issue has been not sleeping. Its either I cant sleep at all or I sleep for an hour or two amd thats it. My doc said unisom would help and it does, but I dont like taking meds now. So I've only taken it about 3 times in 4 weeks. Yesterday, I splurged when my hunni and I went to eat for lunch and got a Dr. Pepper. I have only been drinking water and lemonade from time to time so far. We go to one store then come home. I had the best 2 hour nap ever. Then later that night, slept a good 5 hours! So I did an experiment to do to see if it was just a one time thing. I had a Dr. Pepper at lunch. About 2 hours later, I was out like a light! I say all that to say, my body is completely backwards. Caffeine puts me to sleep. Anybody else with this issue?
It seems I may have to do the same thing! I might have to try a cup to see if makes me sleep thru the whole night since half a Dr.Pepper gives me a two hour nap and at least 5 hours of sleep at night!
