I'm having a hard time not smoking...I know I need to quit but its super hard I've been smoking for a realllllyyyy long time...
I hardly ever eat sweets so we are in the same boat kinda lol u don't smoke I don't eat sweets but we both have a craving @eternalsunshine4
I've never tried sugar free candy @expectingbaby3 I have the hardest time staying away from cookies and chocolate and my dietary needs are so strict, there are even a lot of fruits I shouldn't eat bc they're high in sugar. It SUCKS. Lol but! I know one day I'll conquer this beast. Baby steps, right? It'll be worth it in the long run bc I'll be preventing so many secondary issues by doing what I know is necessary. Bland diets stink, but I think learning to use more spices and stopping the cycle of sugar cravings will really help.

You can do it!!! 💕 I'm not a smoker but I just wanted to cheer you on. Lol I BELIEVE IN YOU! Not exactly the SAME thing but I am really really really not supposed to have sugar or wheat in my diet and I struggle BIG time (more so with sugar bc it is addictive and I've been really stressed lately). I know how hard it is to make a major change in a daily habit. I need to make a new commitment to do a 180 for my health!
Yeah I was smoking roughly 3 packs a day, found out I was pregnant and after that I felt guilty if I had one between my fingers. I still crave but I find it easier to just have one in my hand but not smoke it
Yes girl the struggle is real lol @expectingbaby3 chocolate is my weakness. Haha
