so my food arrived and U wouldn't believe what happened..my food came up to 18.03 and I gave him a twenty dollar bill.and he had no change so he had to go give me my change and he took the food so then i had to wait 10 more minutes smh then not to mention I paid a extra dollar for cheese on my fries and guess what's not on my cheese fries..the cheese

If I was a driver and had to go back for $1.97 for change I would definitely take the food with me. It's like not tipping your waitress. They use their gas and put miles on their car and that's how they make their money. I don't think anyone is being hostile but it is the right thing to do.

that's a serious jerk thing to do, not to tip him. I was a delivery driver a long time. I worked for tips. I only made 4 dollars an hour plus tips. if someone ever made me go back to the store for a dollar and some change I would take my good sweet time getting them their food back. and if I had more pressing orders to worry about where I would actually make money I would tend to those first. just saying.

to be honest, that's probably why he took the food back, to "get you back". we always tip very well and expect great service in exchange. if the driver forgets even dressing we ask they go back and bring it back.

because most drivers only work for tips, or they paid waiters wage of about 2$ an hour. a delivery fee is just to offset the fee that grub hub charges them. and I saw fries, but the way the tab looked, it said
quesadilla -cheese
*fries salt pepper ketchup*
so to me, it looks like two different items and the cheese was allocated to the quesadilla

you didn't tip him? the way I read the order was the cheese was for the quesadilla, not the fries, maybe that was the confusion
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

The real struggle. We were in the McDonald’s drive thru waiting for our food. A guy walked by and asked for quarters for a dollar burger. We had some change and handed it to him. He was so happy and said “thank you” as he walked in. My SIL said wait I have some more, his eyes opened and ran back, he said “oh man! I get to get fries tonight!” SIL handed him a $5. He ran back and said again “ I get a whole meal! And an apple pie!” He was so excited. He walked out with his meal. Eating it so happy. Real eye opener.
