So last night at 3 am, I went pee and when I wiped the toilet paper was light red. I was wearing a pad so the pad had some spotting too. I wasn't cramping or anything.. I'm 28 weeks pregnant is that normal?

spotting is normal. bleeding like a period is not. also if you have sex you may spot after or the day after.
