please help pleaseeee I wanted to strictly breast feed but enswws up supplementing with formula now I'm making less and less milk so baby is on mostly formula.. how can i increase my breast milk???

I breast feed before and after I give my son a bottle to try and keep my supply up, even if it's just a couple minutes on both sides.

try taking 3500mg (about 6 pills a day)of Fenugreek ,drink lots of water, eat oatmeal, mothers milk tea, lactation cookies, or power pumping.

Pretty good. My supply has gone down during the day a little that's just unavoidable but I am still able to feed during the day and he is only completely breast fed at night.
