Headaches after delivery, anyone else deal with them? I had an epidural and it feels like from my spine to my head is aching all the time. I delivered Feb. 3rd.

@youngg.mommyy 3 months would suck but I can deal with. My friend said her aunt still has pains and her kid is 12, so I was kinda freaking out. My pains are like you're saying, my spine keeps cramping up and it causes me headaches. It sucks
i did also because of blood pressure, but my spine would like cramp up really bad. it didn't stop until i was about 3 months postpartum /:
dude, my epidural damaged a nerve in my leg. I still can't feel from my knee down on one side
I did but it was due to blood pressure. Make sure to keep an eye on that and if you get faint headed and see spots make sure to tell your doctor. Hope you have a fast healing and Congrats on your new bundle of joy😊
