When I was little and finally got my own room I was having horrible nightmares. (Still do in my room). I always felt like I'm being watched and at times the thing would come over me and hold me down. Until I was 16ish I would have a dream of a little girl who protected me from this mass. The mass is still in my room watching me but it's stayed away.

I totally understand that, but I do think it is possible to get rid of the bad spirits though. I just prayed for God to watch over me when I sleep and to not let me be afraid. It kind of helped realizing that if you have the LIGHT inside you, the dark cannot physically harm you. They can still scare you though. To a child it is so much worse. I hope you get rid of it soon and don't lose too much sleep over this.

@tamayobaby, a dream catcher and prayer might work. @babymay2016 glad you got rid of yours. I'm going to do son's research on sage. this house harbours too many bad things I just want to get out.

I really do believe that sage does help, if you look up the proper ways to do it. I definitely don't see any harm in it. It took years and years for me to rid myself of the bad spirits that were in my house. I never physically saw them but an ex girlfriend and I went through a lot of shit with this one spirit and she would not sleep over for years because she said it would sit by my side and watch her. So many scary things happened and I blame my terrible attendance to middle and high school on the fact I NEVER slept. I would stay up until the sun came up because I was scared. And I'm talking even until I was 17 because my parents did NOT believe me. I would try sage first but for me the only thing that worked was praying about it. ANY night I forgot some shit would go down. My parents thought I was crazy.

@tamayobaby, he only fights when he has to be in his room. Even us staying in there till he falls asleep don't help. I thought at first it was regular night terrors or him just wanting to sleep with us until I found him on the couch

I wouldn't make him sleep there anymore. I don't know how much you believe but after dealing with those kinds of nightmares in my room I had something get attached to me, and he followed me everywhere. I saw him at school a lot. I was terrified to ever be alone. it just kept getting worse. I was 13 when it started. and 18 when I finally got rid of it

@babymay2016, i was thinking about getting some sage too. lol. I believe in ghosts and spirits so when I don't feel comfortable I'm not going to force him no more. sorry that happened to you

does your son fight his sleep sometimes cause my son has been havingnight mares everynight and he fights to go to sleep like right now hes fighting it but he sleepsin the same room as us just in hisplay pin

Wow I wish my parents ever did that for me. I swear I had the most terrible night terrors for SO many years and nobody would believe me that something was in there... then I still have nightmares about something being in my room/house and nobody in my entire family will believe me though it's right there in front of them. Crazy... burn some sage in that bitch. Lol that's all I wanted but my mom still to this day says that's bad..

yes. if he does fall asleep he wakes up wailing. it's the most horrible scream. he's with us now. he's only two but the other day I found him on the couch because he didn't want to be in there. @mrsdoyle

does your son refuse to sleep in there because he's scared? cause between that and hour bad experience I'd 100% let him sleep with you. I dealt with that for way to long!
