I've slept on my back and belly the majority of my pregnancy. only because sleeping on my sides has caused both sides to go numb after more than 5 minutes of pressure. and no amount of pillows help. and now sleeping on my back my legs go numb. so ultimately my only option is to sleep sitting up all the way. or on my belly with a pillow under it...
I'll take sleeping on my belly with a pillow under it. 😧

@tlokitabella91, OMG. yesss. like I drop my phone everytime it starts up. it catches me off guard each and every time and it gets so sore! I absolutely dislike the feeling. my entire pregnancy has been nothing but arms, legs, and now hands going numb

@izzysmommy1003, yeah I wish my sides were even an option. I have restless legs, so they go numb after so long laying on my sides. :(

They say it's best to sleep on the left side but I just wanted to sleep on my back the whole time. Hopefully things get better

@izzysmommy1003, at this point everything is so uncomfortable for me. and what's sad I fall asleep on my belly like I should. then hours later I'll wake up numb and realize im on my sides again. it's ridiculous!
@tlokitabella91 im starting to to think I'm getting pregnancy carpel tunnel because I notice when I even lay down, my hands begin to go numb and feel like they're asleep. it's especially THE worst when I wake up 😢

I was able to sleep on my belly a little, my so. Was always up in my back. And I could sleep on my back too. My sides were uncomfortable
