Ugh my brother in law just had a bug with a 103 temp... And I was at his house the night before. I dosed up on vitamin c, detoxifying tea, and plenty of water and didn't get it! I would suggest upping your immune system naturally like I did if you can!

I took emergen c and I'm gonna take it again. I'm already starting to feel kinda icky
