Ok, just wondering, how long is breast milk good for if kept refrigerated? Also, ive heard you can freeze your milk as well, is this true or has anyone ever tried it?

7 days in the fridge. 6 months in the freezer. Defrosted milk must be used within 24 hours

It depends on the type of freezer you have, one on the fridges 3-6 month deep freezer 12 months. Fridge depending how cold 3-5 days best but have Hurd some have it in there for 8.
