I had a small tear and only had to get two stitches but it feel like I have 20! I need some type of numbing spray 😩😩😩 I hope this don't take forever to heal!

At some Walmarts they only carry the red one but it doesn't work as well in my opinion. If you have a Walgreens they always have the blue one, both work amazing though. They look just like this

They make this amazing spray they gave it to me in the hospital! You can buy it at Walmart. It's in a blue spray can. I had 4th degree tears and a 2nd degree episiotomy and that's the only thing that saved me!
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
