Idk. My husband had it a couple weeks ago. If you need antibiotics or something, that'd be important to know since you're pregnant. They said if I even started having symptoms when my husband got it to go in immediately.

well I've been having it for like 2 days and it was going away but it just got really bad today

If it's that bad, I'd suggest going to the doctor. It might be strep.
