damn.. yeah I've had horrible dreams the past 3 nights and I can't stand it.. I wake up and don't want to go back to sleep. @pandabby805

I started off like that. what I had to do was listen to hypnosis videos on YouTube to calm my mind so I'd sleep peacefully. my dreams were beyond vivid where I'd either wake up crying/screaming and sweating from kicking and punching air. 😕
