Dilated to a 1, 70% effaced, and his head is really low. Doctor is really impressed because its my first pregnancy.

I hate when I'm out in public and people just stare at me, point at me, and talk about me. I understand I still look young but damn it gets really annoying. to the point where I wanna tell them off. 😑

it is safe or okay to use icy hot on my lower back? I was up almost every hour of the night and didn't get much sleep. I'm in so much pain. I just wanna make sure it's okay before I go buy some.
