when does the line start to show from your belly button down to the pelvic area is it always there and only gets darker when you get farther along or does it only appear when pregnant

I never have gotten it, I think it depends on your skin tone, and I'm very fair
mine is right below my belly button and goes down its soooo cool my 6 year old son asked me what happened the other day lol he asked if i was cut open when i was a kid
i dont have it on my stomach. mine is on my pelvic area.
It's always there it just gets darker when you're pregnant. I LOVED mine. I thought it was adorable!! I got it during labor actually lol unfortunately it went away after a couple months after i had my son lol
Mine showed up super dark from top to bottom at around 13-15 weeks & has stayed the same up until now!
not all pregnant women get it. but mine started forming at 12 weeks.
