I know that post partum self image is very difficult because the weight won't come off immediately and there are still lots of fluids that, with time, will leave your body...as well as your uterus shrinking slowly but surely. give yourself time :) you're a new mom and you just created something incredible. no one can judge you for that except to say you're kick ass!

yes!! I realize I'm pregnant and I'm eating pretty healthy but I feel huge and self conscious all the time
