As soon as I found out I made a cake and ate loads of the cake mix! Thought I'd grow out of that, apparently not!

@winterbaby95, I'm feeling really down I've had spotting since the start of my pregnancy and I just feel that I'm not getting much support from my widwife my works been stressing me out too, I'm a worrier at the best of times :( hopefully I'll have a good sleep tonight. I had a dippy egg this morning, they have just released the findings of a study and advised advice on eggs to be be changed. salmonella has virtually disappeared and as long as you have the lion stamp you should be fine! so yay! dippy eggs! xXx

My craving is soft boiled (dippy) eggs midwife said it's fine as long as they are lion stamped and the white is cooked properly the same as mayo is fine like helmans and hinez as they are checked only know as this is my 3rd baby and I couldn't have lived with out eggs runny that long haha x

I know it's so difficult I'm terrified to eat so many things. I've heard that you can still have mayo as long as it's not home made. So I thought heinz jar mayo was ok xx

To be honest I know they advise against it but I've eaten runny eggs all the way through pregnancy without a problem x
