Does it make me childish if I tell the father if my child he can't see his daughter if he doesn't buy her anything I've been buying since I found out the sex at 16 weeks I lost my job last month so I'm not working and we don't have everything he said after Christmas he was going to start buying for her but he hasn't he's been going out of town drinking smoking and going to the club every weekend I'm due in April but I want to be prepared before April gets here and he's not helping nd its making me angry

Oh wow honey im so sorry to hear that! I know this may sound easier said then done but do the BEST you can to not think about him right now. If you look at my posts you'll see so much back and fourth about my girl's father it's crazy, but try your best to focus on you and your baby. The way I see it, you will stress, it won't change how he acts, and he is chilling. I learned that the hard way.
@katelynn, he left me for another woman when I was four months so basically he walked out and told me he wasn't obligated to do nothing but be there and I just don't think its fair
@dymond, thanks for the honesty I'm a ftm so I'm new to it I guess I'm just angry because he cheated and left me for another girl and her daughter I was four months and already behind on bills because I could barely work from being sick and it's like he doesn't even care about nothing he's just living life like he doesn't have five kids and one on the way

Yes, it kinda does. Denying him the right to see and bond with his child is pretty wrong because he isn't buying her anything yet. Hopefully the closer to the baby's due date, he will began to buy. I've bought 95% of my daughters stuff and could care less what my daughters dad does or doesn't buy because I personally want to make sure she has no needs left unturned, but I couldn't hold that over his head and prevent him from seeing her. I would simply continue to do for my child and forget about what he does or doesn't you in my honest opinion. Much love sister!!

My SO has been rude a lot ever since I've gotten pregnant...he said he doesn't care about my pregnancy, he doesn't even take one day off from work just ONE to come to at least one ultra sound appointment. I mean he's always making sure I'm fed, he lets use the heating pad, and even apologized to saying he doesn't care. Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week.
