I'd assume it does, my son has eczema and baby acne all mixed together and it takes it away. it works really good and its like a Vaseline consistency so it will keep it dry too (especially if your baby drools a lot)

the balm! I use it on my sons cheeks and chest, he has dry skin that cracks.
