Hello ladies hope everyone is having a nice day I have a question I'm going to be 32 weeks tomorrow and this week I've felt like my belly has shrunk is this normal?

with my daughter she's dropped about 31 weeks

Honestly I've never made this far in pregnancy so I have no idea how to tell if they've turned. But I know if theyre head down they don't take up as much space but their head would be on your bladder? Felt any good kicks in the ribs? lol
@lakecturner is not too early for the baby to drop? the only change I've had is I have the need to use the restroom more often and I have bad insomnia
