33 days now since I had my baby boy , still have a hanging out belly , anyone know when are you supposed to be back in shape or at least that the belly returns to pre pregnancy shape? How long does it take?

With C section it takes longer.. my sister had my niece 4 months ago and still look pregnant. But it really does go away! Dont be too hard on your self mummy xx

@kendricksmommy, really does it go away ? I had c section, Iam not sure it will be back to normal

Everyone is different babe..i was back to normal within 1 week. Some people take longer. Be patient it will go away :) x

@may23, you can buy post c section bands that help ur tummy to go down iv got mine packed in my hospital bag Xx
