I have to take 3 a day, I try to take them closer to the evening with some juice

Have you tried the iron liquid my doctor gave me some and it wasn't as bad as the pills

@momma_2_batbaby, I take my iron as a liquid supplement and it doesn't cause me any problems

slowfe is over the counter too

@reaganmommy2015, that's what my pharmacist said but oj makes me vomit like crazy because of the acid :( I'll try that though hopefully just a small glass won't make me super sick

I was on iron pill it made me sick but I was able to drink orange juice while taking it and it's gets in your body faster

@lizzyamcmahan, my insurance doesn't cover the pills so these are nature made over the counters... and my pee is like orange!! ugh calling them soon

Oh idk my doctor put me on slowfe that's supposed to not make you sick and not make you constipated maybe talk to your doctor and switch to a different iron supplement I'm sorry you're going through that though

@lizzyamcmahan, I took it with a big bowl of cream of wheat :( last night I was up puking my guts up and ended up taking a zofran

I'm on a iron pill I heard its normal to get sick on it but I never have try taking it with food that should help
