some older people feel babies born outside marriage are a mistake hell when me my husband got married 6mo later found out pregnant w/our daughter I was told I should abort as we were just starting out etc, I was around 24, it's hard but just brush it off the speak from experience an a time an look news now and everything that's going allot ppl use children as money pawns, pawns in general, relationships do change after baby sometimes good sometimes bad.. it's just how you take and go from there, I wouldn't read to much into it as he is just worried for everyone, may not know how to go about it. I sat my gma down told how what she was saying affected me etc

Yea ... my grandpa calls my baby a bastard child and that she will grow up different because we aren't married..even though we have been together almost 7 years...but God knows who we are and has a path for us.. goes in one ear and out the other..if you are going to judge my child , she doesn't need to be around you.. sorry not sorry. @hollymh your baby is a blessing from God.

It's an old person thing haha my boyfriends grandma asks me every time I see her when we're getting married and said that we need to get married or our son won't know the right love and blah blah blah. Her and I don't get along to begin with so hearing that every single time gets annoying. Last time she said something I told her not to ask me that again and she stopped but still makes snarky remarks to us.
