LABOR STORY:

So as most of you know what I thought was my water had broke on Jan 22 while I was at breakfast with another preggie. Got to the hospital of freaking amateurs and it wasn't but I was at a 5 and contracting regularly. Told if I didn't progress by 8pm I need to go because someone was getting induced. I don't want to repeat the whole story again so refer to my old posts.

Ok so the big day total labor 5 hours 27 minutes , all natural ! Jan 23 at 912 am

I left back that morning around 230 because I heard a pop and felt a gush so we went to my original hospital and they said yes it was and got my room ready. They (the professionals) checked me and I wasn't a 5 I was a 4.5 at 230 . Came back and checked me 45 minutes later and bam ! I was at a 7. So we get to the room and I'm just contracting but I'm so relaxed (hypnobirthing) I don't feel much and I'm calm and quiet. Nurses kept complementing me on how calm I was and I'm very strong. My doula and husband set up my essential oils and massaged me with tennis balls and helped me labor on my side with the peanut ball. By 6 am I was at an 8 . 8 am 10 cm and time to push. He was face up so they had me on my side until a contraction came then put a towel under me and hurried me to my back to push. It was a lot of work and man that ring of fire was no joke. Everyone was cheering me on and saying almost there and they see hair. I pushed for an hour and some change then he was out. 7lbs 13oz ,20 1/2 inches long . Honestly I slept through most of it (by the grace of god) so my pain wasn't painful until the end. That is how Jaidyn Noah Lopez was born
