so any mom's have suggestions on what to do for nasal congestion? I get it bad through out the day and not sure what really works. I've ready that nothing really does anything. but any suggestions?

I used vicks..I put a lil bit on my nose and wow it helped alot.. try to take hot baths n just relax in there

run the shower on hot and sit in there for a little while. or a humidifier. Vicks also helps.

I but vicks on my nose as well but then for awhile it just stops working. also I just have terrible time sleeping because my nose it's always closed up and for some reason I just can't breath through my mouth because its dries up and wakes me up.
