i had to continually snack, like literally always had to be eating or I would get sick. I ate peanuts a lot of pretzels, anything small. surprisingly I still lost weight while I was havinv morning sickness.
peppermint candy helped a lot, always make sure you have something in your stomach even if it's just a couple pieces of bread or crackers, I learned that if your stomach is empty the sickness Is like a million times worse
