Quick question, I've been admitted for preterm a few times now, and they said to go back in if my contractions get stronger or painful. Today I'm not really sure if it's the contraction that's painful or something else. I'll feel the contraction, but it also feels like a punch to the gut or a super strong menstrual cramp that passes with the contraction. Are they stronger contractions or is it something else?

no but try to go poop first then shower not bath just let the water hit your back and the top of your belly if it get worse go back in

@amymabundio, I'm thinking about taking a warm bath to try and relax my body and maybe stop them. That wouldn't speed things up or anything right?

possible stronger contractions mine felt like a punch to the gut and gas pains together
