Quick question, I've been admitted for preterm a few times now, and they said to go back in if my contractions get stronger or painful. Today I'm not really sure if it's the contraction that's painful or something else. I'll feel the contraction, but it also feels like a punch to the gut or a super strong menstrual cramp that passes with the contraction. Are they stronger contractions or is it something else?

@amymabundio, I'm thinking about taking a warm bath to try and relax my body and maybe stop them. That wouldn't speed things up or anything right?
