any advice on how to increase ur milk supply I'm getting discouraged cuz I'm not even producing a ounce and I've tried lactation smoothies and have seen no improvement

OK I'll have to wait till the 8th cuz I havr a doctors appointment i have to go to its about 34 miles out from a heb/Walmart where I live there's a population of 5,000 people and we only have three restaurants and a fullers that suuuucks @atlas
that tea Is amazing increased my milk supply by 1 oz in 3 days! I love it.

@brudd330, the girl I know that uses it said that she can't believe how much milk she is producing now! But she recommended to drink it 3 times a day
Don't order , well I wouldn't .. Just go to your local grocery store they should have it , will more than likely be in the organic section :) that way you can start trying it tomorrow and get some milk going!

how much are you pumping breast feed baby never take more then 4 oz their first year unless their over feed and stretch out their stomachs
I know someone who uses the mothers milk tea and they said it works wonders!
Maybe look into mothers tea/ milk .. I've seen some women on here talking about that

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
