How can I get threw a contraction ? Please they're still not close not enough to go to l&d ... So ANY SUGGESTIONS?

if it's true labor the contractions will continue but if it's false labor they will slowdown

I hope they ease up for you to get some rest! Or they get closer so you can go to l&d :) meet your little baby !! I haven't had a contraction or Braxton hicks yet so I don't know what I'm in for but hope something helps

@jade90kdcicg, they're like 35/45 minutes apart but their so strong 😩

It sucks! But at then it'll be worth it.

Every time I had a contraction I would hold onto something and sway side to side and breathe in through my nose and out my mouth.
