no she does not have an iep there is just some days where she doesn't use her words and just won't do what is asked because she didn't get to go first or something else made her mad but she won't use her words

I meant my daughter throws a fit because she can't be first to go outside so she shuts down and won't use her words. and her teacher told me that another teacher put her outside with out her boot on and gloves but when I called and talked to someone about this her teacher called me and said I misunderstood her and that my daughter kicked her boot off but I have seen this certain teacher grab a child by the arm and yank them and I know that my daughter was probably kicking and refusing to put anything on but they made her do it anyway

I boy I have steam coming outa my head and it isn't even my kid! I would make them understand very clearly they're not to in any way assault my child! which is essentially what they did. they should have called you if there was a problem!! I'd say something very stern and clearly!!!!

That isn't ok. Does your daughter have an IEP or a written agreement about outside? I ask because most preschool teachers won't take the time to "reason" with a kid. Rules are rules unless there's a reason they should be skirted. And typically the teachers won't give that kind of one to one coddling unless there are sick kids or kids who can't be outside for whatever reason. I DO think she was wrong for using force tho, a 4 year old is close to a baby in my eyes and I'd be livid. But my 4 year old would have to respect the rules in place.

if she was nice about it and just helping her that's fine, but to force a child to go out side, I think I'd beat her ass.
