my family is not supportive of anything man I don't have a job and my boyfriend is paying for a hall for my babyshower I ask for a little help with cash and they tell me no I need to get a job
most mom's have a vision for their shower but sometimes over the top just isn't in the budget
whether u have everything u wanted or just a small get together
its still about welcoming baby at the end of the day
Your right to feel that way but at the end of the day it's your baby shower and he's the dad so if he has the income make a budget and make it work if you need any help let me know I am the queen of budgeting showers
I'd do it at home or if u have close friends see if they wanna do . something
my mom thru my shower i dont think you do it yourself but honestly I'd consider the guest list first
if enough ppl will come then a shower will be worth it but if only a handful would i wouldn't and just get stuff for the baby
I agree with the two posters above. As an event planner who has done hundreds upon hundreds of events, a majority of mommies do not rent a hall for baby showers. Too expensive. Most do it somewhere free or at home to save the money. Same with 1st bdays!
I agree with @domi0817 don't do a hall have it at a house or somewhere so that you can use the money on actual items for the shower
@abombmomof2, That's a good date! U can always have it outside that's where I'm planning to have mines! It's going to be nice out by then!
