Depends on your salt intake, but I would still ask your dr. I didn't start getting swollen feet/hands until after 20 weeks

oh it's just the beginning of things that will start to swell. but IDK about it happening at 16 weeks. I know im 32 weeks and my hands and feet are looking like sausages. but im almost positive that you're fine.
