I put a pacifier in a ring box. We were waiting on his wedding ring to come in at the time, so he thought it was that. You could also put it in a watch box or something. Make him think it's a present.
I wrapped up a "late Christmas" gift to make it seem like nothing and in it I put a shirt that said "Daddy since 216" and the positive test. There are a ton of cute ideas on Pinterest.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
