It wasn't painful, just like achy in my back and spread down to my hips then around to my sides

okay so i havent had BH contractions yet ( thank god ) and my midwife said they can feel like real contractions for some…

okay so i havent had BH contractions yet ( thank god ) and my midwife said they can feel like real contractions for some women . other women , they dont feel like " the real deal " so being a first time mom , idk what " the real deal " feels like . so just in case i do get them , what are some ways to tell the difference between false contractions and real its baby time contractions ?
