what does real contractions feel like?

@threekings101415, it isn't that bad!!! Lol @ntaje21 I had no signs of labor besides contractions. No mucus plug coming out, no bloody show and no water breaking. I just started having contractions! I was only in labor for two hours and did it all natural, not even an IV was in me. And it wasn't that bad. I'm scared but excited to do it again. The feeling you have afterwards is amazing! It's a very rewarding feeling to give birth to your baby :) very worth it!!!

@ashley530, you make it sound like 12 seconds . i cant imagine being in pain for that long.

take a really bad Braxton Hicks contractions and marry it with the worst menstrel cramp like pain and that's a contraction!

@queendavis, I told my SO I was gonna explode into a billion pieces and after I blew up in a billion pieces, every last one of those pieces would tell him "I told you so" ...gawd women go through a Lotta shit smh

@ce5ce, im surely not looking forward to the pain but i definitely cant wait to meet my little girl. its taking forever for her to want to be ready lol.

@ntaje21, you aren't the only one😂 but the sweet face and that little cry after its all said and done is worth it. Cloud 9 didn't have nothing on me. No drug can duplicate that euphoric feeling after labor

its different for everyone. mine was tightening in my ribs.

what was y'alls first sign of labor?

i know some say their mucus plug but ive heard alot say they never seen theirs.

Yeah girl honestly contractions are the worst part of childbirth, pushing isn't bad. But like @ce5ce said, just when you're like holy fuck my body is about to explode, the contraction is gone! That's why they're tolerable in my opinion, because they only last a minute or so.

i had really bad back pain for about 45 minutes and cramping in my lower stomach... but it wasn't tightening. if thats anything what labor is gonna be like Lord help me. lol everything was annoying me.

it feels like your soul will give up on you and just when you think it's given up they're over.... you'll want to hold your breath and tense up your body but that's the last thing you should do. practice relaxing exercises while you're pregnant. yoga breathing helps too. you get those two things down and baby will be there before you know it. but granted labor pains is different for everybody. some people have a high tolerance for pain. I DID NOT😂😂😂
