I havehigh blood pressure.. I'm on medication for it so it's controlled... I'm 25 weeks prego and my blood pressure is all over the place I've been around that number before she just told me with all the extra blood my heart is pumping it's normal for it to drop! As long as it's still beating, you feel fine meaning not dizzy, light headed or seeing dots you're ok! :)

First and second trimester the lowest it was charted at was 117/78. I'm 30 weeks now and it's the first time it's ever been low

It tends to drop in the first and second trimester, it should pick back up in the third tho
