Ftm I'm starting to get depress about breastfeeding. My daughter did a great job at first but not she latches on wrong causing my nipples to bleed. So now I'm giving her the bottle because my breast hurt so bad. Any advice? please comment. I will like to continuing breastfeeding but I'm starting to give up.
thanks @showersoverflowers I will try it because I don't want to give up breastfeeding.
see a lactation consultant in your area...they are usually free at the hospital
also try a warm compress on the breast before nursing or pumping. especially if you notice any amount of hardness in one particular breast..you may have a clogged duct which are definitely painful.
definitely get nipple shields, lanolin cream, and lanolin cooling pads. stay strong because in the end it's all worth it.
Your own milk can heal your nipples too! Just hand express a little out and rub it on your nipple and let it air dry. It works quickly too.
Try nipple shields. Or pump and give her your milk via bottle.
I'm so scared to give birth. When my water breaks I'm just gunna start crying
I really need to start my research for breastfeeding😩

Any recommendations for my boobs ? I'm not breastfeeding so my boobs are starting to hurt I need something to relief the pain .... I'm hoping this works
Exclusively breastfeeding is stressful 😫. I'm so tired all the time but I want to wait to introduce bottles...I need encouragement! This was my goal from the beginning but it's all new to me so I just have to give myself time to adjust right? 😅
UGH!!! I'm so jealous of the girls that already start to leak I'm 36+3 & still NOTHING i know it can happen after birth but I get so damn worried that I won't produce any milk for my twins ... :'( what if i don't a few days after labor .. I'm screw I dnt want to formula feed my baby I'm not against it but breastfeeding is way better :'(
awesome! nursing is not an easy thing that's for sure. I'm glad no one told me how hard it was going to be before I did it 😉 I had great friends full of advice. if you need any more tips, feel free to ask
