so they lied.. I'm being induced tomorrow. they said if I want 4cm dilated they would put me in tonight and start medicine to help but guess what I'm 2 and they sent me home till tomorrow.

I have been doing all that for 2 weeks now leading up to this and nothing. haha it sucks! @flower_princess

Walk up and down the stairs, do squats, dance your butt off.. Lol or have sex that will help you dilate

I did and ate 3 pineapples!! also did a bunch of hot sauce... haha @flower_princess
